Moving a forum?

I recently created a forum with a freind.  When we started, we decided that we would have a website to go along with the forum.  Now that we have said webspace, I was wondering how, once we get SMF installed on the server, we go about migrating the forum we already have to there.

You would be starting from scratch.   Backups are not available.
