Hi, I asked this question before but I was wondering if there's a different alternative.
Is there any way to take the boards and members and posts and stuff and transfer them to a site version like at throwingpunchlinesforums.true-identity.org ? Using like FTP or something? Anything will help, the downtime is making the site drop hits and we'd like to switch to a more secure server. Please and thank you.

The service does not provide database backups, sorry.   You would have to start over if you decide to go another route.

That is not an acceptable answer
