How i can change the "Powered By" or the "SMF From Free-Create your own Site" <??>

The only way to remove that information is to purchase the upgrade.
Click Admin > Adfree and Upgrades
Look down the page to the bottom left for SMF For Free - Remove Footer Information
Removes - Powered by ServerBeach
Removes - Upgrade this forum link in footer
Removes - SMF For Free - Create your own Forum
One time fee  -  $30.00

If you want to remove these:
Powered by EzPortal
Bookmark this site!
SMF mentioned he could create an Addon to remove the EzPortal one here (he created the Mod):

jimakos -  EzPortal is a Modification.    Mod Authors sometimes put the copyrite for their mod in the footer.   Its normal for Authors of Portals (and Themes) to do so.   Those copyrites can not be removed.  In this case -  the author of EzPortal is SMF for Free.    He stated he could create an addon to remove it  (it will be a paid addon)   That is the only way you can remove it.
