You are gonna have to wait.  SMF said he was going to start the transfer today and it could take up to 24 hours.

We are haing probs on our forum now iknwo you are moving it and everything but we have members that are posting and now deleating there account as we cannot get online ourselves. Can site go into maintanence mode untill all compleate as members are in and we cannot getint o help them xx

I have no power over your site.  Only one person from a forum needs to post to report a problem.  There error I receive is that site transfer is in process.  I don't know what my status as a member was when the transfer started, so I can't help that way.

Please be patient.  We are hoping that when the transfer is finally completed that the problems you have been having will be solved. 

Yours is not the only forum involved in the transfer, so it is going to take some time.  I will check on and off throughout the day to see how things are going, but you don't have to keep posting.

It can take up to 24 hours for the DNS to update on your computer.    It has not been 24 hours since the move was done yet so some of you may not yet be able to use the forum.   I can see it,  I can navigate around what little Im able to see as a guest, and it is working fine so please be patient.    This is NORMAL and in some cases (for some of you) it could take longer then 24 hours.   

Your computer stores the sites DNS information in its cache when it visits it for the first time.   If the DNS changes since your last visit it can take up to 24 hours for it to change on your computer. 

If you want to try manually flushing the dns on your computer yourself you can try that -  I however can not and will not guarantee it will work for you.   Open a Command Prompt  (Dos window)

Type in:

ipconfig /flushdns

You should see Successfully Flushed DNS

type "exit" to close the command prompt window.

As I said I cannot guarantee this,  it doesnt work for everyone.   
If it does not please be patient and realize it is going to take some time for some of you and yes it is normal.

I am receiving an error message this morning that the server is experiencing problems. Can you please verify this please. Earlier, it was still reflecting the transfer message but now the problem message. Aren't computers fun... :D ;D
