i have a member who for some reason cant view others members profiles but mine??
she has posted quite a bit

Have you checked the Membergroup Permissions for the Membergroup she is in to make sure it is set to view Profiles?

frozen arrow - please start your own support topic for different issues.

Go to the Members Profile > Account Related Settings
Change their Membergroup there to the appropriate membergroup.

You need to go through all of your Membergroups Permissions.   
One of them must be set to not be able to view others Profiles.
