When a member replies to a post it goes above the original. How do you get it to go below and not above.

Admin -> Current Theme -> Reset Options

Setup default options and use the reset all member options links.

Didn't work. I am not using the core stylesheet.

Stylesheet won't affect it and it should be set in both those options for current theme you need to reset all members and default settings.
