Member Not Getting Notifications

A member at my site messaged that he's not getting emailed notifications for anything posted.  I think he uses Hotmail, which I suppose would be Outlook these days.  Any tips for getting the notifications going again?

Can you pm me the email address will check logs of the member.

Also, have them check junk/spam folder.
