Member Not Getting Notifications

A member at my site messaged that he's not getting emailed notifications for posts.  I think he uses Hotmail, which I suppose would be Outlook these days.  Any tips for getting the notifications going again?  This last happened in November, seemed to get fixed, and now he states that he didn't get notified on over half of today's active threads on our off-topic board, and last week he had the same issue with our general board.  Thanks!

Hmm not seeing blocks in the logs. Hotmail/outlook tend to do this sometimes though with blocking.
