Post are vanishing

This particular member has mentioned this problem before.  No other members have come to me about this problem.  I do know that some new members, upon registering, have had difficulty getting back on the board after registering because of some type of error that showed up as they where finishing registering to the board but then their username shows up as a new member to the board.  These errors are making some of my new members not come back and use the board.

I am running a posting contest this month and this could be the reason why I am not getting many members posting. I do believe there is some type of glitch in the boards code but I am not sure exactly what it is.

Hi - still having problems logging into this board.
I put in my name and password and it tells me its incorrect
I put it in again in lower case and it still tells me its incorrect.
The password I use is correct but I dint know why it is not accepting it.
Then after messing around trying for ages and go to log out it all of a sudden connects me?
Any suggestions on why this might be.,

I have emailed W------ today about this.

Secondly over the past week I have put in approximately 10 posts........all of which I find today are not here anymore?
Whatever is going on here.
One post I thought was important about safety in camping but its not here.

There are not any post from her showing up on the board since October 6th, 2007 and no PM's showing up in my personal PM  folder from her either.  There is only myself and one other member that has the ability to remove any post and none of us have done so.  Can some one help me with this problem?

According to her....no.  I have asked before for her to give me more information as to the problems she has been encountering but she has not done so, only that what she mentioned in her last post to my board, which I enclosed in this topic.  Is there anyway someone can try to register to my board and then try posting a test post to see what may be going on?  Thanks for any help you may be able to give me.
