If the founder group is only for YOU dont make a new group.
Modify the Administrator Group and rename it founder.
Thats all you need to do.

If you are making the founder group for others then Modify the founder group under Membergroups and set the Permissions as you want them for the group.

You cant modify admin.

You CAN modify it to change the name of the group      (Change the Group Name)
Admin > Membergroups

You CANT modify permissions for it in Admin > Permissions

I do not see a founder group or avatar there. It says site owner.   That is merely the rank image.
I dont know if you actually MADE a founder group and cat is set to that group as a secondary group or not.
If you have not made the group then you need to do so as a non post count based group.

Admin > Membergroups

Then modify the groups permissions and set them as you want them:

Admin > Permissions

Then you can put cat into that group

Be careful what permissions you give to anyone on your forum.   If you give them access to too much in Administration you give them control of your forum and risk losing it.   If that happens we do not return it to you so be forewarned.

Then modify whatever group that "cat" is in and set the permissions for it in Admin > Permissions
OR click on "cat's" profile/account related settings and set cats primary membergroup to administrator.
Or do it under Additional Membergroups (in the profile) if you dont want it to show that "cat" is set to admin.
