I KEEP GETTING BANNED FROM FORUMS I MADE PEOPLE , JUST BECAUSE THEY WANNA TAKE OVER. like i dont think the forum maker should be able 2 get banned.. its so annoying!!

If you are making them for other people, then they become their forums.  The only way you could keep them from doing that is to not let anyone else have the permissions to change membergroups or have banning rights.  That means you would have to administer all those forums yourself.

OR keep the admin powers UNTIL you are ready to hand them over when there is nothing else you can do to improve it.

Because sometimes people advertise what they can do with websites,blogs,forums,etc. and so thats when the people that CANT do it search for the people who CAN do it. Make sense?

Twirly, crazyandconfused offers some sage advise. If you look at the larger forums, you will see a lot of familiar names as staff members. Don't be shy about joining their forums, helping out, and getting to know the ones who you can trust to help on your forum. There are a large number of people whom I have a world of respect for, including but not limited to Simply Sibyl, Kimmie, Kathy, Thalimo, Agent Moose, Deathwilldie, Laundry Lady, Orange Panda, and several others (I know I'm missing some, and I apologize for that) who are absolutely selfless when it comes to supporting your forum.

The short version, Twirly, is "don't hand over the keys to your Cadillac to someone who will run it into the ground".
