Locked out after changing email

A member of my forum changed her email address and after that isn't being able to log in.   It says that "email address needs to be validated before login."   But the member is not receiving any activation link at her email address.  Please advise what to do.

When the member clicks on the "need another activation email" link in login window, the next message is "A new activation email has successfully been sent."  But no activation email comes through.

What is their email provider? (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo)

Hotmail is known to have issues in the software. Otherwise recommend they also check their spam folder.

In the mean time you can activate them manually.

I think email provider is yahoo.

What is the process to activate manually?

Admin > Members

There should be a tab if any members are awaiting activation.
