I have had several people email me saying they can't create an account.  It says "You are not allowed to access that section."

I am running a contest, and I need some help to resolve this.  I tried it twice.. one time it worked, the other time I got the message others have been receiving.


Any idea on the problem?

What criteria does the board use to detect that?  I haven't seen any new users added in a couple of days.  I just did a force add, and it worked.


I tried to sign up with a different account & name, to test it, and I had the same results as others are getting.   Any further ideas? Thanks

I have seen a couple 'Test' users come up. Very peculiar for this to happen, and be intermittent.  I had about 15 emails come in though reporting it.

nah, the 'Test' users are fine. In fact, showing that it is working. But occasionally.. there are the errors.

I don't think they are cheaters. It's seems too random.  They don't seem related.
