Is it at all possible for me to install a theme (zone99) to my forums cz I really need it :/

It is not possible to install themes.

The only thing you can do is modify the stylesheet for the Default Theme.   There are directions for how to do so here:

Or use one of the stylesheets posted here in the Stylesheet Board at Support

Holiday Stylesheets      

It is also not possible for you to even use Zone99 as it is a PAID theme via theme membership through Dzinerstudio (which means it also can not be remade as a stylesheet to use on your forum)

I get zone99 for free from runelocus anyway.

How do most rsps's have zone99 then?

Are you talking about the same Zone99 that is on this page?  (use the dropdown box to see it)

If you are.. then they probably ripped it off and did a remake of it.   That is not a free theme.  At any rate there is no way you can install that theme on your forum and no one here is going to remake it for you as we do not allow nor condone doing so.
