SMF For Free comes with the gallery feature which allows members to upload their own images.

Does anyone know how much space there is in the gallery?

5 or 10 MB, either of those.
SMF recently said once that it was 10 MB but the announcement says that it is 5 MB.

You can set that in your permissions to give groups the ability to post images.

BBC tags, HTML tags, and direct links can be set to be automatically created after uploading an image.
