I was just wondering if there is a setting to allow members to block other members sending them personal messages..
I know I seen this feature on other forums and wondered if it is a option in our forums.. ;)

You do that through your Profile > Personal Message Options
You'll see Ignore List there
Directions are there on the page  ;)
