i would like to know if i can upload zip file around 1.40 mb

i would like to add my maps to my forums in zip file so my clan can down load them can i do this and if so how.
i would need about 500mb

Get a MediaFire account and make your files public, and upload them.  Then make a custom tab called DOWNLOADS that brings you to your public files.

You will not be able to upload a file that big, you will need to upload it to an external file uploader. (you could do as Jntg4 said.)
