I went to create a forum and am lost now

Man, I am off to a great start 

I went through the motions of creating a forum. Decided to pay for the add free forum. Ended up in paypal and have no idea where my forum is or account info or where to go to start working on the forum.

The url that I picked for the forum comes back as does not exist.

I am lost.........

I had placed an S at the end of gemstone when I went to look for it, and yes the set up email was in spam
