I upgraded to Ultimate package a week ago and still no chatbox

Hi.  I upgraded to the Ultimate package a week ago, and I haven't seen any of the new features yet.  When I try to enable the chat box, it says I need to upgrade to the ultimate package. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should be added now. When ordering be sure to use the original subdomain and the new custom domain so the system picks it up
