I need more people!

How do I get so many people to join my forums? Nobody will pay any attention to my advertisement I made here at all ever. I will keep posting the same quote until more people join and stop ignoring me. Here's what I posted in my ad:

If you follow these four things, I'll make you a moderator (911 Kitty) or a global moderator (Global 911 Kitty.)

I'll post it in everywhere until people follow it.

That's the hard part. You need to give them a reason to join your forum.
What does your forum have that no other one has?
Find a subject and try to create a community.
Tell your friends. Exchange links with sites that are simliar than yours.

Well, I have an Arena section where you can play cool forum games, a Spam section, a Story section to submit your own stories at, and if you join and follow the four things I requested, you'll become a Moderator or a Global Moderator!
