I have a picture, and i was wondering if it is any way possible to make it as a header on my forums. Thanks

The Global headers (and footers) section of the admin panel is to place html code for various items. I have experimented with placing a picture in there using html positioning code but I have found that the picture will show up in various places depending on whether a person is logged in or not, and even which browser they are using.

To the best of my knowledge the best place to put the picture show it shows up at the top of your forum is in Admin-->current theme-->themes and settings-->put the url of the hosted image in the top box. You may want to play with the image sizing using a photo editor as well as the margins in your css to get it to position the way you want it.

I stretched and resized the image on my board, and adjusted the margins so it completely fills the box, rather than having the sides filled in by the background image.
