To Turn it on: Admin CP > Current Theme > Check the box that says "Enable News" (or if you want the news fader check that box)

To edit/add news information: Admin CP > Edit Forum News (top left under the "MAIN" section)

No newsletters on forums but you can use the Portal for that.

Admin CP > Portal Settings (keep in mind its not "fully" functional yet)
