It will be in Admin CP-Left hand side-all the way at the bottom.  If you can't see it, you may have had your permissions adjusted by the administrator.

go to your admin panel and on the left hand side down at the bottom of all the list there is an link to moderation log is what she is trying to tell you

Well, I just checked my Server 3 account and I have it.  Does anyone else on your forum have access to permissions?

Found it.  Its a setting Admin CP=Features and Options-Log Moderation Actions.  Man, I coulda had a V-8!  I always tell people to read all the stuff in there and got caught by my own assumptions.
