Hi all  :)  
The clock in my forum is running 2 hrs behind local time.  Can anyone please help to correct this?

There is an overall offset setting under features/options

This is the one, right?  But how do I change the timing .. don't know what to type and in which column.

The overall time offset just increase or decrease by the number of hours your time is off.
