Trouble logging into my forums

I deleted my cookies and forgot my password, so decided to send my password and it never delivered to my e-mail I register my forums to. Any suggestions? I hate noob moments lol. Also there seems to be a logout timer and won't let me log into my other account. Seems like I am stuck on my admin account since for some reason it isn't being sent to the account.

I am stuck lol.

Check your spam folder for your email account and see if the email is there.   
Doublecheck email settings to be sure its not filtering those mails.
The other account -  you should be able to login to that after just a brief period of time.
