URL is incorrect.

Those 2 links should be on all forums unless you have an error in your footer somewhere. If you posted the correct URL to your forum I can take a look in the source for an error.

I see those 2 links at the bottom of your forum just fine. Are you trying to do something with them? Perhaps remove them or change the text on them?

He wants to add the text "Forum Created By _____ , Designed By ______ ."
Ontop of the text.

The best idea would be to add that text into the footer of your forum, Mark. That would put that text very close to what you want, but not exactly.
