how do you get a pic under the stars?

umm www.moparisthebest.com/smf look for a post by "moparisthebest" and he has picachu under there and it says "staff"

First off, that is not an SMF for Free forum and may be a Mod they use there.
About the only thing you could do is use a Custom Profile Field.
crasy posted some instructions for that..  you could change it around abit to fit your needs
