I recently downloaded a file called bright darkness, I got its CSS code and put it in my website. So I see all these pictures in this file that i downloaded, and i don't know how to get them on my website, They are called "Fonts", "Menu Buttons", "Headers and Footers", Etcetera.

First off you need to make sure that the code you are trying to use was made for the SMF Software and specifically for smf 1.*   You should also make sure the author does not mind you recreating it for use on your forum.

If it is an SMF Theme and the correct version -  you would need to grab the images from the zip file, upload them to your own image host.  You can use something like Photobucket or Imageshack to do this.   Once you have uploaded the images you then need to go thru the css and change all of the image links in it to your own image links.

Its hard to know if you can re-create what you downloaded without seeing it.  Many themes require edits to templates and files that you do not have access to edit.    A link to the theme so we can see it would be of help.

Basically - the only thing you CAN do is modify the css, replace the image links with your own, and figure out what you "might" have to put into the header or footer to make it work.    You can change "some" of the images on the forum via Admin > Manage Styles > Customize Images.
