this is appearing just at the side under the ""rep""(karma)on all the members posts including my own
 can anyone tell me how to get rid of it please

You get the inactive photobucket link?

Go to Admin CP > Features and Options > Karma > Karma applaud label (if this is an image code, remove it.)

This is one of the reasons that we stress hosting the images on your own hosting service.  Moving images, closing accounts, overage on bandwidth and just plain ignoring your hosting accounts and poof--no more image.
