Editing Post Count

Can't seem to figure out how to edit the amount of posts a person has, you see, I set someone's post count to the max, and I want to reset it again, but I can't figure out how I changed it the first time. Please help?

oh my god i spent like an hour looking and then i realised it was cuz i was on a mod account not an admin..... wow... got it now ty
