How can I allow guests to see attachments?

I cannot find the command to allow guests to see attachments. Currently they are unable to do so.

Its under Admin -> Permissions
Modify guests

Find "View attachments" make sure that is checked.

Did everything you said followed all commands … still no success …guests are unable to see attachments. Saved changes and checked box. Renewed forum, tried forum, on both iPhone and iPad no results. Box is still checked in red . I looked again. Box is still red but no results. Tried to download the picture here to make my point with one entry for members and one for guests so you could see guests are still not seeing the attachments. But when I try to put the attachments here I get a message saying file is too large. Do I have a bug 🐞 or subversive activity? 😂

Ok thanks now I am getting this message;

‘You can only select one item to modify the permissions.’ As far as I can see I do not know where the items are to select. I do not see that I have selected any items anywhere. I tried to download the photo here.
