I can't get it to change the blocks won't change sizes.

Keep playing around with it.    Adding more boxes and stuff, maybe moving them around abit.
It can take some time to get it as you want it.

The best thing to do is to not be concerned with the widths when you are first adding the boxes.
Give thought to exactly what you want on the Portal and where you are going to put it.
Add the blocks and get them into the columns you want them in  - left - center - right
Get your information into the html boxes
Then work on getting them to be sized as you want.
You can use tables in the html boxes .. it will make them keep the size.  I posted how to do that a few posts back in this thread  ;)

I do not know if SMF can fix it so that the boxes stay the sizes you select on the top screen so until/if he can/does we need to find ways to make it do so.

There are links at the bottom of the Portal Guide for two good sites for HTML help

I tried as well and when I change the box sizes from 20, it auto puts them back to 20, must be a glitch

The image on the right side is pushing it over on yours Sassy.
If you put something in an html box and table it on that left side you can force it to even out.

No, no I like the way mine is now, I just meant when I first started playing with the portal box sizes, they never changed when I tried to play.  ;)

At first the numbers would go back to 20 60 20 after you changed them.   He did fix that.   

But Ive noticed too that setting the numbers is not making the blocks stay those sizes.   
It can be what is being put in those blocks since its all done in a table.   
The numbers are not box sizes they are the td sizes for each column and the size of what is in those boxes is going to effect the columns  (tables can be a pain)

SMF he had me login and check.

Its not going back to 20 60 20
I changed the numbers and they stayed as I changed them

It does not change the columns though

If you want your portal set up in the same manner, you will have to play with your options to get it to look like that link
