Help with logging into forum ~~~

HI
 can anyone help plz
 I am tearing my hair out here !!
  I have a member who could not get into my forum , it kept telling her her password was wrong ..but it was telling me she was in
 So i. completely deleted her and registered her again , sent her a new password etc .. she still couldn,t get in !!
 So i deleted her again and she registered herself again , i approved it and she still can,t get . but , it is telling me she is there !!!
 Any ideas please

Have her check her cookie settings in her browser and also clear her browsers cache

Every time you visit a webpage, forum, etc your browser downloads every picture, html file, css file, etc to your computers hard drive to the Temp Files Folder.  If you NEVER empty your cache that folder gets HUGE and can slow your browser down tremendously.   There are also times it can cause some problems with java, etc.   Its always wize to clear it once in awhile.   Clearing history and other things also removes your tracks.  For security reasons that means its a GOOD idea to clear it.
