Help Please! I paid for the upgrade

Help Please I am at a loss! I paid for the Custom Smiles upgrade.

I have done everything the [Guide] Custom Smiles - Upgrade Option says to do. (I've tried it more than once ;D)

The smileys name shows up in the list but no pics, just the new name and code name?

This never happened either? (The first time you upload a new smiley it will copy over the images from the default smiley set. )

I'm sorry, it's still is not working, I just don't understand this, something is just not right!
I have been working on this for 5 days now? Starting to get disappointed here!  ;D
