No Outbox/ Sent PM's recorded

I rarely use my PM but noticed today that PM's replied to are not being recorded for reference later.

You have to enable that in your Profile > Personal Message Options :   Save a copy of each Personal Message in my outbox by default.

Is there a way to set my entire board to that setting?

Yes under Admin -> Current Theme -> Reset Options

Yes... go to  Admin > Current Theme
Click:  Reset Options
Click:  Reset default (guest) options for this theme
Put a checkmark in:  Save a copy of each Personal Message in my outbox by default.
Click:   Save
Click:   Remove all members options and use the defaults
Click:   Ok
