Glow Fonts

How do i get a font to glow with certain colors, i don't understand how to do it

If you change the color that is inside the brackets, it will change the color of the glow in the post.

Glow does not show up in Firefox or Mozilla, because of the HTML code differences.

At First It automattically glows red However! If you change the red to blue it will shine blue!
