Getting back my posts?

Well I made one of my friends a moderator, she helped me a lot
and seemed kind. I also knew her from a past MMORPG game that
I played. Then as soon as she asked me to be mod on AIM I said yes
and made her a moderator. Well right after that she edited all my posts
and all the other users posts and the first post of every topic said to
go to her website. I would like to know if there is some way that I
could get those posts back? I deleted her account and banned her.
