Gallery version update

Hi everyone.................again ::), can anybody tell me please how to update my gallery from version 2.5.4 to the latest version 2.5.6?

When I go into the gallery in control panel it says my version is out of date.

SMF for Free created the Gallery and takes care of all updates to it when necessary.     ;)
