Yes its possible. You have have to set the permissions to local for that board then allow guest posting for that board only.

EDIT: I don't see this button, which area should I go to in the Admin Controll Panel?

Admin CP > Permissions > Permissions By Board > Change that board to LOCAL

Then go to Admin CP > Boards and click on "Permissions" beside that board. Check Guests and click save

Then on that same page, click MODIFY and set permissions for guests accordingly.
