1. In edit server settings, there is this message====Failed to make backup of Settings.php - make sure Settings_bak.php exists and is writable.

2. And also I cant use edit permissions, I just get a blank screen?

I believe the admin has been doing some tweaks, im sure this is an inadvertant mishap, I believe them to be both related.

Fixed both problems.
Yeah the permission problem was due to the arcade mod from yesterday.
Everything should be fine now.
