I put the code in the Theme Options and Preferences page where it say's "Put the FULL image url here"

I currently have another image there which is working fine which is http://www.sergent.com.au/fourmyula06.jpg

Ahhh that explains the problem.
You can only put the url for one picture in that area.

If you want to use more then one you need to put the code  in your Header File.    You can do that under Manage Styles/Edit Header and Footer in your Admin Panel

One more question, how do I get the Arcade random game panel and the Recent pictures panel to show on the "Home" page.

The images appear on the left hand side of the page, is there a way of setting the images to the center of the page. ?

Add the <center> </center> tags around the img url that you are using for your header.
