It looks like there's a fault with the servers.They should be attending to it some time soon.

there is a large post under yours all to do with forum not workin they have been made aware off it so smf will be onto it soon xx when they wake up as they in a different time zone xx

you should restart you're compuater that might be the problem happend to me once or twice. an if not just wait a day or two it should of been fixed
