Forum Not Loading for Member since Upgrade of Server 2

I have a member who is having continual problems with the forum since the upgrade. She is using IE. She cannot get the board to load.

I can see it on three different browsers, so I don't know what's happening on her end.

She has rebooted more than once and still can't get the forum to load.

Can anyone offer advice?

Has she tried flushing the dns? 

Start > Run >  type in cmd.exe
Click OK
Type in:    ipconfig /flushdns
Hit Enter:
Wait for the response
Type EXIT to exit the command prompt

Cleared her cache?

How to Clear Cache

Have her try both of these and see if it helps.
