I need help recovering my admin account

I can not recover it, so is there a way a dev can delete it? I've tried using the recover password but it is not being sent to the e-mail.

Also is there a way to add new themes? Found one I wanna installed but it seems to be used with another SMF hosting

Check your spam folder for your email account and see if the email is there.   
Doublecheck email settings to be sure its not filtering those mails.

Do you have other Admins on that forum?   If so its possible one of them changed your email address and if so our policy is you will need to handle this with them.

Totally fine..  I needed to be sure you use our service and you do - freesmfhosting is one of ours

Try what I mentioned in the quote I posted to you -  checking junk mail and spam folders -  filters for your email account too.     You did not answer this part -  do you have other Admins on your forum??    If so and you can contact them via email have them check your account and make sure the correct email address is in it.     And again -  if one of them changed it you have to deal with them.

To answer you theme question.  You cannot install themes.
You can change the look of the forums theme by modifying your stylesheet or using one of the many here
