Forum is running very slow

Hi,

Our forum is running quite slow. Would you be able to take a look and advise me on what I can do (when you get a chance :P). I have performed the usual tasks of emptying out logs etc. I read in another post that some scripts can make it run slow but I am not sure if I have any that might cause this.
