Editing Header/Footer on NEW SMF Forums...

So ummm I've been looking for the last 10 minutes for the edit header/footer area in the ACP and I can't find it! ARGH!

My SMF version is 1.1.11. PM would be nice but if you could reply here if anyone else has this problem so they can figure it out as well.
This is not my first forum. I've been using SMF for over 4 years. D: (Met SMF's awesome forums at Mopar XD)

oooooooooommmmmmmmmfffffffffffggggg HOW HARD IS IT??? FFS some support you guys have. Not like I can get help from our service provider because my friend hosts the website on HIS OWN SERVER.
