Hi,

I'm trying to set up a different domain name for my forum.   

I have everything set up but....

1.  Where is the Domain Manager on the smf3  servers admin panel?

2.  Is there a difference between smf3 and smf4?

What other options do I have?

The domain manager here on 4 shows up (but not on smf3)

Is there a way to copy the data from smf3 to the smf4 forum?

Thanks for the quick replies.  I'm new here so this place and it's support peeps are a godsend.

I'm sorry to be a pain....but can you let me know what "shortly" means?  I hate to be impatient but I have a number of peeps asking when this is happening.

I did just try to access my forum and am now getting this message:

Is this related to my domain issue problems?   I'm a little puzzled b/c now I can't access my forum thru the smf3 site OR the domain name.   


Please help?

Yayyy!  Just got in again, phew! 

Can I ask...if it's not too out of line...is there a way to back up the data from my current smf3  forum and then restore it to the smf4 forum -- where the domain manager control panel exists?
