Well I hope you have luck and I hope you switch to SMF For Free. I would be more than happy to help set it up.

thanks so much for caring!!! Now convince all my members that smf for free won't crash on us every other day! They are all annoyed (women!) It's not MY fault!!! This "new" forum is our 5th or 6th one!

Make sure your members realize that these forums are free and are not hosted by you. When you rely on someone else to host your forum, instead of downloading/hosting the forum software yourself on your own server, you/they have to understand that things like this are going to happen and that you have no control over it.

Since SMF has already stated he does not update/maintain those as often as he updates the SMF For Free forums, moving to the SMF For Free one is probably a good idea. I can personally tell you that the SMF For Free forums will not crash everyday, but they WILL go down periodically. Thats just the nature of the beast.
