Database Error?

We cannot get into our boards....this is the message we are receiving. Is it being fixed or do I need to do something?

Database Error:

It is down again today. All of my members (100+) are so frustrated and so am I. Can you tell me why this is happening to us ALL the time??? We are most likely going to have to move to another site.  We love all the features but this has been our most unreliable forum....

As frustrating as it may seem, just be patient and give SMF time to look into it. I am sure he will figure out why its happening.  ;)

Something you will want to consider before moving to a new site is - doing so will mean starting your forum over again from scratch since SMF does not give backups. You've got quite a bit of content on your forum, so I would recommend giving SMF some time to sort it out.

I also noticed that you do not have a board visible to guests which is against SMF's Terms Of Service.  ;)

I hope they can fix it...it's been our favorite so far...

I didn't know I had to have a guest board! I have some picky people on my board! I guess I could make one that doesn't say much, right?

Yeah it doesnt have to say much but it has to be visible to guests. Most people just have the topic tell a little about their forum and why it would be a good forum to join. I have seen some people even post screnshots of the actual forum for people to see.
