Is it possibleto export the forum database ? 

the members mainly so that they can be kept if i move to a different host ?

Unfortunately, the only person with access to the SMF For Free mySQL databases is SMF For Free. There is no way that you can export your forum information. If you are truly dedicated to your forum though, you can try to recreate each individual member manually. That would be a lot of work though.

SMF For Free doesn't offer database backups.
